According to the NY Post and TMZ, Adam Goldstein, aka DJ AM, was found dead in his apartment in NYC today. Police found drug paraphernalia and prescription pill bottles near his body. He was an extremely talented DJ, spinning records at endless Hollywood clubs and parties. In his younger years he romanced Mandy Moore and was engaged to Nicole Richie. More recently, he paired up with drummer Travis Barker of Blink-182 to make the group trvsdjam. They were touring in September of 2008 and both survived a bad plane accident while returning from a show in South Carolina. They narrowly escaped death and two of their good friends died. Reminds me of the Final Destination movies a little bit. You can never escape death. It WILL find you. I hope Travis isn’t next. RIP Adam.

Yeah I remember that plane crash I live in South Carolina They Were Rushed To Medical College Of Georgia Hospital it was right down the street from where i work it was on a Saturday when we all heard about it… A Few Of My Co workers went…i don’t like that hospital it has to many bad memories for me so I didn’t go…but yea it does seem final destination-ish
